Deck Dip: Stand in chest-deep water about 5 feet from pool's edge, facing it. Jog to wall, place palms flat on deck, fingers forward, and lift body up so arms are straight (as shown, opposite). Lower body; jog back to start. Repeat, adding one lift each time until finishing 10 lifts total. Technique tip Don't rely on buoyancy to propel you. Make your upper body do the bulk of the work.
