So I was planning on sharing how I get the perfectly crispy japenese sweet potato fries but then I forgot about them in the oven & now they’re perfectly crispy, so maybe that’s key??? 🤪 but this @primalkitchenfoods spicy ketchup may be a new obsession 😍 happy fryday friends!
all I did was cut them into wedges & top with a little olive oil, salt & pepper. at first, I had them going at 400 degrees for 25 minutes & then flipped. but then I forgot about them for maybe an additional 10 minutes or so? just keep an eye on them😉
