For the Brown Butter Bananas(so easy peasy even your kids can make it for you….)
.
In a pan, on high heat, add in a tablespoon or more of butter. Allow it to brown. Add in the halved bananas. Allow it to fry until caramelized(gently pouring the butter over each side) Flip over and caramelize on the other side. Sprinkle over cinnamon powder and serve. No need to add brown sugar as bananas are already so sweet. But if you have a really sweet tooth then add some brown sugar to the browned butter before adding the bananas. .
