Good evening. I was craving a big bowl of flavor bombed veggies after a long day. Charred Buffalo cauliflower over a bed of organic romaine with chopped celery, carrot and cucumber, a little salt and pepper and a generous drizzle of blue cheese dressing. It’s super refreshing and hydrating and filled with so much veggie goodness. Enjoy the rest of your night.
Easy Buffalo Cauliflower
1 head cauliflower cut into florets
Extra virgin olive oil
Favorite hot sauce
Spread cauliflower florets onto baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake on 425 for 20-30 minutes until edges are charred. Remove from oven and toss with hot sauce as much or as little as you like. Bake for another 5 mins. Serve on a salad or with dressing and veggies.
