long weekend calls for making lemon bliss balls 🤤💛 usually i’m a 100% chocolate girl but these are honestly hands-down my favourite bliss ball flavour, I can’t get enough of them!🙌🏼

In a blender add 100grams of oats • 60grams unsweetened shredded coconut • 5-6 dates (can also add a splash of maple syrup if you like things sweeter🍯) • 1 tablespoon chia seeds • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds • 2 tablespoons @tropeaka vanilla lean protein and one heaped tablespoon of @tropeaka maca powder • 1/2 lemon, juiced and 2 tablespoon lemon zest • 1 tablespoon @melrosehealth raw coconut oil • half a teaspoon vanilla extract • one heaped teaspoon @superfeast Schisandra (amazing for skin, kidneys, liver and libido 😏) BLEND and roll in coconut and lemon zest and try not to eat them all at once 🤤🤤🤤
