Acai oats 💓 using @unicornsuperfoods acai powder! Soo good you have to try this! Acai powder is packed with antioxidants edging out other antioxidant-rich fruits like blueberries and cranberries. Studies have suggested that acai may help lower blood cholesterol levels. Also it may counteract the damaging effects of inflammation and oxidation in the brain.
3/4 cup oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp @tropeaka vanilla protein powder
1 tsp acai powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp ground flax⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Put all ingredients into a bowl and add 1 cup of hot water/plant milk. Stir well and put in the fridge for couple minutes. Top with fruits, nuts, seeds of choice. So bomb guys! ✨
