Kickboxing Combo: Stand with feet together, elbows bent. Lift right knee in front to hip level, pivot right on ball of left foot and kick right leg out to side, foot flexed (as shown). Return to start. Do 15 kicks; switch legs. Next, stand with back to wall in shallow water and lunge forward with left leg, punching right fist in front at chest level. Rise, lunge forward with right leg and punch with left arm. Do 15 lunges across pool; switch directions at the other side.
