#ThrowbackThursday 🙌🏽💫 I’ve been trying to work out what weight I was on the photo on the right. I think pretty similar to where I am now, yet I feel like I look a lot smaller on there than I do now 😭 It’s really hard because my body has changed a lot since pregnancy and I’m worried that even when I get to my target I’ll have to lower it because I’ll be a million miles away from where I was! BUT then I slap myself silly because I know I’m being stupid. 🙄 I need to start appreciating how far I’ve come and enjoy the moment rather than striving for what’s next. If I constantly live like that then I feel like I’ll never truly be happy in the now. So this is my promise to myself to tell myself every day that I’ve done so well. That 8 months ago I would have given my right arm to be where I am now. Sorry for the waffle 😭 Just writing this out helps me process where I am 💁🏼‍♀️ .
