Amazing fresh and delicious taco recipe by @theplantbasedpage Ingredients 👇🏼
– 6 cups cauliflower florets – 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil – 1 tsp salt, divided – 1 tsp ground pepper, divided – 1/3 cup bbq sauce – 1/3 cup tahini – 1 cup cilantro (coriander) – 2 garlic cloves – Juice of 1 lemon – 1 tsp ground pepper – 8 tortilla wrap, toasted – Toppings: shredded purple cabbage and sliced cheese

Instructions 👇🏼
– Preheat oven to 425F. – Tods cauli with oil and 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper – Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet
– Brush with half of the bbq sauce
– Bake for 30 mins turning halfway through – Brush with remaining bbq sauce
– While it bakes, combine tahini, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and remaining 3/4 salt and pepper in a food processor or blender; blend until similar to pesto
– With motor running, slowly pour in water until it’s blended to light green and creamy – Assemble by filling tacos evenly with cauli. – Top with shredded red cabbage and sliced avocado and green tahini sauce, dress with cilantro herbs
