@traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi (Drizzle a bit of @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil on a pan, I use @tfalusa nonstick sapphire pan, then cook gnocchi on medium to high heat for 1-2 minutes or until crispy. Add a few tablespoons of water and cook 3-4 minutes. Once done cooking, toss in a little pesto (recipe a few posts back), nutritional yeast + pepper. Serve with wild seared scallops seasoned with @primalpalate garlic & herb seasoning + freshly squeezed lemon (sear 2 minutes per side). Pair with steamed broccolini, nutritional yeast and enjoy!✨
