Good Morning ☀️ @orangetheory Strength workout to start the day, then a quick turnaround to get out the door for work w/ my overnight oats in hand (not pictured). If you find you’re too rushed in the morning to think about making breakfast, definitely try overnight oats!!! Especially if you’re a morning workout person, the extra fuel in the AM is so important… I can’t focus on work until I’ve had breakfast 💪🏻
