To make, spiralize a sweet potato and sauté it in a pan with olive oil for about 6-7 minutes until soft (season if desired. I used @primalpalate New Bae Seasoning). Remove any extra potatoes and create nests by carving a hole in the middle. Crack an egg in the hole, cover, and cook until eggs are set. To make ghost pepper sauce, I just mixed together hot sauce, Greek yogurt, and a splash of white vinegar. Ghost pepper sauce is from @yellowbirdsauce
