What a way to kick off the week 🤩🤩
👉🏼 50g oats, 250ml almond milk, 1/4 grated courgette and 25g @myproteinuk apple crumble & custard protein
🍎 then I topped the lot with an apple that I sliced up and fried in a pan with some honey (SO GOOD 🤤) and some @greenandblacks dark choc with ginger! 🔥
