Instead of ordering one item from of each section- think if you really WANT or NEED it🤔.
I think it’s important to note that with mindful eating, it’s okay to pick and choose what items YOU WANT and NEED to feel full + satisfied.

I am always a bowl kinda gal. Mostly because I can’t have gluten anymore (per my doctors advise)! But it also doesn’t do much for me!
I’d be full from the right side, but I would NEED guac🥑 on top to really be satisfied!
