BLOATED?! 🤭

At the beginning of my plant-based journey I remember feeling very BLOATED. This is super common because your digestion system isn’t used to the increase in legume and veggie consumption and needs time to adjust to the extra fiber and new strains of bacteria! 🌿

Bloating also happens when you overeat – which many of us will encounter over the next week with Xmas treats and parties 😂

When you feel a bloat coming on, try eating some of these foods that can help counteract it by either flushing out your system, relieving gas and aiding in digestion. 👌🏻

Of course the best thing you can do is drink lots of water and let it pass! 😊
