FOOD IS FUEL. 💪🏼 Here’s a typical full day of eating for me— sharing this because I want to show how EASY it is to eat healthy. 😋 Drop any questions in the comments below!

🌟 BREAKFAST: protein pancakes (recipe on @fitforlife_ig ) + 2 pieces of turkey bacon + 2 strawberries + 1 TB fat free whipped cream + half a banana

🌟 SNACK 1: 1 bell pepper + 1 hard boiled egg + sliced cucumber 🥒

🌟 LUNCH: homemade tuna salad + 4 crackers + 2 pickles

🌟 SNACK 2: 1 apple + 2 TB peanut butter

🌟 DINNER: bowl of homemade turkey chili (want the recipe?) + few tortilla chips + 1 TB nonfat plain Greek yogurt (a great sour cream sub) + sprinkle of fat free cheddar

🌟 SNACK 3: 1 cup fat free cottage cheese + 1/2 cup blueberries
