kicked off the weekend with an awesome workout 🏃🏻‍♀️, some meditating 🧘🏻‍♀️, a cozy cup of ☕️, + last but certainly not least, this creamy bowl of blueberry lemon overnight oats 🍋💙
the highlight of this bowl was definitely the chunks of a blueberry @rxbar I put on there! it is my favorite flavor as of late – it seriously tastes like a bakery style blueberry muffin 😍 I love topping my oat or yogurt bowls with their bars, but most often I will have them as an afternoon snack at work or school! their ingredients are simple and clearly stated, and each bar tastes so dreamy 😎
I’ve got a busy day of readings + work to get done, but I’m looking forward to a dinner with Michael and his family this evening!

blueberry lemon #overnightoats:
1/2 cup #glutenfree rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
-stir and soak overnight in fridge. In the morning, top with banana slices, blueberries, lemon zest, cashew butter, hemp hearts, and chunks of a blueberry @rxbar!
