I was GUTTED when I weighed this morning 😔 I felt cheated because I really don’t deserve this. I’ve eaten the exact same as I usually do and I’ve done MORE exercise because I’ve felt motivated by my Apple Watch so I did want to have a little cry at first. Anyway, after an hour and some time to think I’ve realised that it’s really not that important in the grand scheme of things. Why have I gained? I honestly don’t know? It’s 🌟 week so maybe that has something to do with it? But either way it’s not deserved. I know this will be off next week- hard work won’t go unnoticed. If I’m persistent this week it will show next week so yes it’s frustrating that I didn’t get the goal i was working towards through the week but I’ll just have to wait a little longer and try a little harder next week and I’m hoping I’ll get what I want! I then went and looked in the mirror and for the first time in a long time I’m not ridiculing what I see. I feel so much better than I did and I’m happy with my progress. So I now have 10lb to my target which I want to get in 5 weeks. It’s tough going as I’m not a big loser but I’m going to try my best 💪🏽 If you’ve had a gain this week that’s not deserved please try not to feel disheartened. Pick yourself back up and know that it will show next week 💪🏽❤️ We can do it! 💫 .
