Celebrating being back in Toronto (which means back in my usual photography setup!) with a big bowl of smokey, garlicy sweet potato fries + vegan sriracha aioli ✨ There’s something about fries and (vegan) mayo that’s so good 🙌🏼 What’s your favourite dip for fries?! 🌿.

To make 👇🏼:
Toss sliced sweet potato in 1 tsp each of garlic powder + smoked paprika. Bake at 450 F for 25 minutes or until fork tender and crisp. Meanwhile, whisk together 1 tbsp vegan mayo, 1 tsp 1/2 tsp sriracha + juice of 1/4 lime. Serve together and enjoy! 💛
