@eatbanza chickpea pasta shells tossed in a creamy BUTTERNUT SQUASH “cheesy” sauce ✨ In a pan, sautee 1/4 onion, a shallot + teaspoon minced garlic + @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil until soft. Add a can of organic butternut squash or you can use steamed/baked BNS, season with a little salt and pepper. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of @kitehillfoods dairy-free almond milk cream cheese + 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. Blend with an immersion blender or @vitamix. Pour over cooked pasta, toss in @organicgirl spinach and broccoli. Enjoy!😘 #ResolveToEatMorePasta
