My go-to breakfast recipe may sound kinda gross but I assure you, it tastes delish! ☺️ Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked steel cut or rolled oats
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp organic vanilla extract
1 tbsp organic coconut oil
Splash of coconut milk, almond milk, or water
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. 😂🤗 (There’s no need to do anything else since the oats are already cooked!)
I’ve been eating this concoction for years and it seriously never gets old! It’s weirdly decadent and rich in texture, incredibly nutritious, and keeps me full for hours. Enjoy!!! 😋💪🥣☺️
