🥔🌶🍆 If I would judge purely on the packaging I would say that the vegetable chips are “healthier”. Marketeers are doing an excellent job, making you think you’re making a better choice by choosing the ‘real vegetable chips’ when in fact you’re not. They are kinda the same… Just see for yourself, the differences in calories and nutrients are negligible 🤷🏼‍♀️Vegetable chips do contain a bit more fibre than the regular potato chips, but let’s be honest we don’t need to get our fibre from chips, do we 🙈

Take home message 💛 CHIPS = CHIPS! Chips in general needs to be eaten in moderation and not that often… but when you do have a cozy night (like I did last night💃🏼) just choose the one you like the most and enjoy it to the fullest!
