🍵 My Cup Of Tea 🍵

So, I am a huge fan of tea. I probably have 2-3 cups a day, for all different reasons. It’s great for hydration and also to have a break from water, as there are so many different types and flavors of tea.

This graphic is only just a small amount of teas that you can have. For health benefits as well, tea is great! I do not like it for burning fat and getting a sick pack, as many will use it for this reason.

However for your health, there are tons of benefits.
