What you need:
(Makes about 10 small pieces)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
.
What to do:
Step 1 – Pour all ingredients into a small stovetop pan.
Step 2 – Heat on medium heat and stir together.
Step 3 – Once completely mixed, pour into a glass dish with parchment paper OR into a silicone ice cube holder.
Step 4 – Freeze for at least 2 hours and enjoy! (can be stored in the fridge if you like it softer)
