I’m thinking these gingerbread overnight oats may be a year around thing now 😍 whenever I make my overnight oats, I’m always using rolled oats. buying a big like this one from @bobsredmill will last you a while too! I always make sure to have rolled oats on hand so I can prep some of these whenever I want something quick for breakfast & I love to switch it up with different flavors. if you love overnight oats as much as I do, you’re going to love this recipe! happy sunday❣️

combine 1 c. @bobsredmill rolled oats + 1 c. nut milk + 1 tbsp. chia seeds + 1 scoop collagen peptides + 1/3 mashed banana + 1 tbsp. vanilla yogurt + 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract+ 1 chopped date + 1 tsp. cinnamon & a pinch of nutmeg, ginger & cloves. mix together & store in container overnight.
