Toss sweet potatoes with garlic powder + smoked paprika. Cook at 425 F for 25 minutes until fork tender. Meanwhile, whisk together 2 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 lemon (juiced), 1/4 tsp garlic powder + enough water to thin. Enjoy! 💛
