Would you make this meal?

Start with keeping things simple, using easy cooking methods, use less ingredients but better quality.

This lamb bunless meal only has 7 ingredients.
• green beans – 100grams
• 1/2 tbsp EV Olive Oil
• 1/2 courgette / zucchini
• 2 tbsp green olives
• 1 medium sweet potato
• Lamb Patty – 10% fat.
• Rosemary (my favourite herb + even like it in my coffee ☕️)

I just used one pan to create the meal. It took under 20 minutes. I even doubled up the ingredients so I could have the leftovers for lunch the next day.

I often over think other aspects of my life and need to remember to transfer the same thought process I have learnt and practise with food / cooking into them.
