Ingredients 👇⠀
Cinnamon Potatoes ~⠀
3-4 larger potatoes (peeled and cubed).⠀
1-2 tbsp olive oil.⠀
1 tsp cinnamon.⠀
1/2 tsp onion powder.⠀
1/2 tsp garlic powder.⠀
1/2 tsp salt.⠀
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and let it marinade for about 15 minutes. Heat a skillet on high heat, add potatoes and let fry for about 2 minutes (maybe you‘ll need a little more oil) 
Cover the pan and reduce heat to medium. Allow to steam for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove cover and fry, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, brown and crispy. ⠀
Do not cover at this stage of frying because they will get soggy!⠀
