Cherry Dessert Pizzas. I experimented with these a few nights ago in my stories and enough of you had asked for the recipe so here it is. They aren’t perfect yet so if you make them and want to mess around with the recipe a bit and try to make them better, be my guest. I’d rate them at 7/10 right now. I think if you used regular icing and cherry pie filling instead of sugar free they would easily be a 8.8 or a 9 out of 10 😎

To make these preheat your oven to 375F. Mix together 100g oat flour, 50g vanilla whey protein powder (casein would probably work better), and 3g baking powder. Once mixed, crack in an egg and stir to incorporate. Slowly add in 30mL of water until all of the dry ingredients are incorporated. It’s going to be a sticky mess. Allow it to rest for a couple of minutes and then lightly oil a sheet pan and your hands. Divide the dough into 2 balls. Spread dough into 2, roughly 8 inch pizzas. Fold a lip around the outside of the circles. Prebake the crusts for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and spread out 100g of sugar free cherry pie filling and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes. If you want these to taste really good use the regular pie filling and not the sugar free stuff, it’s going to be more calories though. Once the pizzas have cooked top with vanilla Greek yogurt as frosting. .

It’s hard to see scale in this photo but these pizzas are fairly large. You could be easily satisfied with only a half and cut it down to under 200 calories if you needed to!!
