What do you do on a daily basis to optimize your health?

This past week, I shared some tips on how I support my emunctories and organs of detoxification and elimination.

We are exposed to 85,000+ synthetic chemicals in our environment. In order to keep them at bay, it’s important that we detoxify as consistently as possible.

Did you know there are drug metabolites and endocrine disrupters (fluoride) in our tap water, neurotoxic chemicals (Round-up and food dyes) in the food we eat, and there are carcinogenic compounds (formaldehyde derivatives & flame retardants) in our common household products we use on a daily basis?

In a less than perfect world, there are simple steps that YOU can implement on a daily basis to support your liver.

One of the most important things you can do for yourself is to get into a routine.

We are creatures of habit, and if you start implementing one new tip each week, you can slowly incorporate these methods into your everyday lifestyle.

Eat plants, get outside, stay hydrated, chose organic, take a breath, sweat more, and take advantage of the natural gifts that nature has to offer in order to help keep your body healthy and vibrant! –
