2 INGREDIENT PANCAKES 🥞😍. These pancakes are made with just 1 egg & 1 banana, can you believe? Here’s how you do it:
🥞 Separate the egg yolk from the white, then whisk the white until light & fluffy (similar to if you were making meringue).
🥞 Mash a banana with a fork then mix in the egg yolk. Carefully fold in the egg white.
🥞 Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat with a little oil then spoon in the mixture.
🥞 Cook on for 2-3 mins until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancakes, then carefully flip and cook for another 2 mins.
🥞 Serve & enjoy 🤤. I served mine with a chocolate peanut butter sauce (cocoa powder, pb & almond milk gently heated) and cherries 👌.
