Diets provide restrictions such as calories, food groups and nutrients. Long term restrictions are not cool for mental and physical health. I know, I have been there.

Remove the dogma and cult around diets. If need be, use them as tools in the short term. Whether for a fat loss method, gut or immune issue etc. Use them don’t abuse them. Food is only one piece in the puzzle too.

“Whatever diet you follow eat your colours and veggies” which I completely agree. Mother Nature is too beautiful to be eating 95% beige foods and a dollop of ketchup.
