PROTEIN BANANA MUFFINS! 🍌

Raise your hand if you’re a muffin fan! 👋 (let’s be honest – who isn’t?!)

Muffins might have a bad rap but it really doesn’t apply to these vegan protein muffins! ❤️ They are made with delicious whole ingredients.

I make some form of these muffins (I’ve made them into a loaf and cookies) almost every week to enjoy as a dessert or following a workout 🏋️‍♀️ –
I throw all the ingredients in a blender and then pour into a muffin tin with liners! 🙌🏻

This week I topped them with vegan Belgian chocolate circle things but you could add nuts etc! 😂

P.s. a flax egg is one tbsp of flax meal with three tablespoons of water, set aside for 15 minutes to thicken.
