Who else is pushed for time in the morning 🙇🏻‍♀️ rush out the door, and have limited options with overpriced/ processed/ sugar laden options?

One way to “get around” this problem is preparation — we see a lot of “ #mealprep “ and this is often for Lunch and Dinner. But take a look at this lovely Breakfast prep by @livevitae which is a great idea to plan ahead with :)🍴

Chia Seed Pudding 😍 is one of the easiest things breakfast creations!
Mother Nature created Chia seed to create a gel like substance when soaked for a few hours before or overnight.

You can get creative with berries or other flavour combos but nothing beats cacao first thing in the morning for that caffeine hit ✨

This equates to a big portion, feel free to adjust the ratios by dividing by two or saving some for a snack later in the day…

👉🏼 Ingredients:
• 40 grams chia seed (I use both)
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
• 1 tbsp raw cacao Powder
• 2 scoops Vegan vanilla protein powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/3 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
• 300 ml unsweetened dairy free mylk coconut milk / almond / oat
• a drop or two of stevia

My toppings were; (added in the morning takes 2 mins)
Raw almonds + almond butter
Cacao nibs
Desiccated coconut

👉🏼 Recipe:
1. All you need to do is combine all ingredients + mix well.
2. Store in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set.
3. Remove from fridge, mix then add toppings of choice and Bon Appétit❤️
