Ingredients:
– 5 Organic Chicken Breasts.
– 3 lbs of Organic Green Beans.
– 1 Yellow Onion.
– 3 Garlic Cloves.
– 1 Container of Yellow & Red Cherry Tomatoes 🍅
– Salt & Pepper.
– 1/2 Jar of Costco Pesto.
– Avocado Oil 🥑
– 1.5 Cups of Jasmine Rice 🍚

Directions:
1. In a large pan, heat avocado oil and add chicken.
2. Season with salt and pepper. When the chicken is completely cooked, remove from pan.
3. Slice chicken into strips, and set aside.
4. Add green beans to pan and cook until crisp tender. Add in diced onions and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
5. Return the chicken strips to the pan, then add tomatoes and pesto. Stir until fully incorporated.
6. Enjoy!! 😋
