The Sloppy Joe Breakfast use ground turkey instead of the more traditionally used ground beef to help lessen the calorie load a bit. This is one of my favorite meals to eat for breakfast. I like to have more than just eggs most days so having some meat and potatoes thrown in the meal helps me out. I love to prep breakfasts because it saves me time in the morning and that means I get to sleep in an extra 30 minutes. I’m lucky to be able to eat at my desk at work so that saves me a couple of extra minutes as well.

The Chicken Parmesan is made with ground Cheerios instead of breadcrumbs to make it a gluten free option. I like using ground Cheerios over almond flour because Cheerios have a crunch to them that I think develops a better crust. If you wanted to increase the calorie load if this meal you could easily swap the zoodles for regular noodles!
