I love snacking on food that makes me feel my best, such as these sweet potato toast! One with chickpeas, mushrooms and kale, one with banana and sunflower seed butter, and one with avocado for some healthy fats (fun fact – recently I’ve been eating at least 1 avocado a day because I’m pretty obsessed haha). I’m moving out of uni for the Christmas holidays on Saturday morning so I think the next few days will be full of trying to pack all of my things, at the last minute as I usually do 😅.
