🍳🥑Most of you know from my IG stories I eat humongous breakfasts first thing in the morning almost every day! Nutritious breakfasts not only put me in a great mood, they also prevent me from overindulging at the end of the day!

☝🏻Don’t try to save calories by skipping breakfast please! Otherwise you’ll more likely end up eating sugars, simple carbs and lots of other crap to feel more energised and none of them will make you feel satisfied!

🍫🍪Make your meal plan sustainable for you! Limit treats, but don’t eliminate them entirely. If you deprive yourself of some of your favorite things, you might overindulge later. Learn to live with the foods you love, rather than avoid them entirely.
