Growing up, my mom made the BEST Milanese and its all in how she marinated the fillets a day ahead of time- before breading them. 🙌🏼🙃💣 this little side salad is a great combo; literally kale with lemon, sea salt and olive oil topped with chopped honeycrisp apples and if you have crumbled walnuts- goes great, as well!
