toasting two ways this tuesday ✌🏼 since it’s been a while and i was craving a soft boiled egg (though it didn’t turn our as well as i planned 🙈) so breakfast it is! woke up, got out of bed much easier today thanks to the sun and headed right to the kitchen because i’m pretty sure i went to bed thinking about this combo 😪.

currently on my period and taking some time off from the gym to rest, relax and let my body do it’s thing 😌 i used to HATE getting my period and thought it was such an inconvenience, but after not having it for almost four years in college it is a reminder now of my health, the strength of my body and that i’m another step away from a lifestyle that was not at all sustainable.

the only thing i’m not a fan of is the fact i lose my appetite 🤷🏻‍♀️ after breakfast, i barely get hungry or i just can’t stomach the idea of food – i still eat, but i focus a lot more on whole foods and drinking a lot of water, and chocolate 🍫 because duh, but other than that i’m grateful for advil, a cozy bed and a physical reminder that i am healthy and my body is working properly. it isn’t always fun or easy, but in the grand scheme of it all i’m grateful that my body can do this again ✨ happy tuesday! #fitstrongshann.
