Health is doing your best to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs, and the vitamins that let you perform your best. It is OKAY to have something that is not deemed “healthy”. It is OKAY to have a slice of pie or a cookie or whatever it is your tastebuds desire. don’t let it ruin you and completely fall off. I think the 80/20 rule is perfect. •
