I love performing most of my abdominal exercises on a decline bench or on the cables. However sometimes incorporating some exercises that can be done at home or the gym is fun (and SUPER challenging!)
1️⃣ Lying Leg raises
2️⃣ Abdominal Figure 8 with a plate
3️⃣ Flutter kicks
4️⃣ Core Twists with a plate
Just a quick reminder that abdominal workouts can be important for building core strength which is key for performance during other exercises and to prevent injury. However, I do find that during most of my compound lifts I will be working my core too.
