My little running partner! Running is probably the hardest form of physical activity for me, what’s yours? A friend told me I should lean into what’s challenging, step out of my comfort zone rather than doing what I find easier. Did around 5 miles in 40 minutes today, not the most impressive time nor distance but I did reach a goal today. My goal was to get a run in this week and not just cycle, go a different route with greater distance and intensity. What’s your goal?
