If you are heading to the gym today or just want a quick exercise at home try this simple boxing warm up.
If you add 3-4 rounds it can easily count as cardio😉
Start with feet shoulder width apart with the back leg slightly to the side for stability, not directly behind and use power from your hips and speed to throw the punch.
Also make sure to extend your arms- something I need to work on more 😊💪
