2014 vs 2018. Size 22/24 vs Size 16/18. I can’t tell you the exact figure of weight lost because I didn’t used to measure it religiously, however my heaviest recorded weight vs the weight I am now boasts a difference of 34lbs. But the number on the scale is irrelevant to me, that’s not the benefit I’ve received. I’m fitter now, I can do more without losing breath and I feel far far far more confident in myself.
I’m still miles away from my goal, but at least I’m now at a stage where I can love myself along the way, the girl on the left did not love herself, didn’t want photos taken and wouldn’t even undress infront of her partner… what a life to lead… 😔 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I would say I’m halfway(ish) to my goal. I haven’t set a weight related goal, because I don’t think it’s healthy to want to weigh a certain weight, I’m not a boxer, I don’t have to make weight… instead I have a clothing size goal. 12/14. I’ll be more than happy if I reach that. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
