I’m reposting this video from earlier this year because I have no new snacks or desserts to share at the moment. Anyway, this recipe is good and you should try it. It’s a great option for people trying to lose weight and if you are trying to gain weight you can always include more potatoes. The key to cooking perfect chicken breast is to get it to even thickness. You can do this with a meat tenderizer or simply by butterflying the breast. Uneven thickness creates dry, crusty chicken that tastes like defeat. Everyone always asks where I got the grill pan here. I got it at Bed Bath and Beyond but amazon has them too. It’s just a cast iron grill pan, you can find them anywhere. .
