One thing I have learnt in my fitness journey is that reaching a long term goal is very hard!
If you really want to make a dent in reaching your fitness goals then consistency and patience are going to be your best friends
However, when we set goals, we often try to overhaul a bunch of our bad habits at the same time and embark on a week of perfection. All of our meals are carefully planned, our workouts structured and everything we think we need is in place
This can last for a while, but something is bound to come up and we end up going off track and our perfect routine is shattered. Its at this point that motivation can go out the window and we fall right back off track.
So to achieve any goal, you’re going to need to repeat actions over and over again. You don’t need to perfect, but you do need to have solid foundations in place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
