savory english muffins for friYAY 💃💕
currently munchin’ on a pumpkin pie @perfectbar while on my break at work, but I’m dreaming about these loaded slices I made a little while ago – roasted chickpeas have been my latest obsession! they are so tasty + easy to make: just drizzle with some olive/avocado oil and sea salt and bake at 400F for 30 min! they are packed with protein and add the perfect crunch!
I have a pretty busy day ahead – I’ve been at work since 7am and then I’m going to class all afternoon, and then I’m on call for work this evening! although it’s kind of crappy, I do really love being busy, and days like this make you appreciate the slower ones just that much more ❤️
Q: do you guys partake in the Black Friday shopping? I personally will be doing some online shopping, but I stay as far away as I can from all the crowds + crazy shoppers 😅
